Our Approach To System Leadership

Systems comprise many leaders with different day jobs, job descriptions and roles who are working in quite different organisations and sometimes, with competing priorities. Our aim is to create a ‘golden thread’ of narrative and action that unites those leaders in establishing change and new ways of working between them. We start from the belief that everyone has a leadership responsibility in managing successful change. Whether it’s through merger, acquisition or enhanced system and network collaboration, our job is to help organisations manage the change successfully.

We start by helping the senior leaders articulate their vision and develop a statement of Common Purpose which will be the story that unites workforces and engages stakeholders in working together. We work closely with the senior leadership team and help them think through what critical steps, systems and processes will need to be in place within specific timeframes to help them engineer the operational changes ahead.

Using a process of blended learning and development, we facilitate the exploration and implementation of change management at a local level using Action learning and the process for accelerated improvement and implementation.
