Clinical Leadership Development Programme

We are working together with the Chief Executives, Directors of HR and Medical Directors of Trafford Healthcare, Tameside General Hospital & South Manchester University Hospital NHS Trusts in developing practical knowledge and skills to support current and aspiring Clinical Directors in their Operational management roles.

The modular based programme builds on Personal Qualities and focuses on developing practical leadership skills; for example understanding how to manage change; dealing with conflict, and team working. Particular attention will be paid to the Critical Success Factors necessary for the individual to operate effectively within a complex and challenging environment.
