Quality Assurance
Rothwell Douglas Ltd undertakes to deploy consultants and associates who have suitable experience to deliver the project in hand. Our team have a track record of competence in organisational development. Our team will be selected by matching the skills of our consultants with the requirements of a project, as we understand them. Seven members of the team are qualified occupational psychologists and are accredited in the use of psychometrics
We will undertake to monitor the work being carried out by members of our team on a continuing basis and to conduct internal project reviews to ensure that a project is being delivered to the required quality standards. We will be available throughout the project to provide professional advice and guidance as and when required.
Should you at any time have concerns, either of the general quality of our work or the performance of particular consultants, we will discuss these concerns with you and we will take whatever action, together we deem appropriate.
We will appraise you of any issues arising that appear to us to be having an adverse impact or that may potentially have an impact, on the success of a project.
Whilst we would encourage the development of working relationships with each member of our team, and the development of informal communication between our team and yourselves, it is always our practice to nominate a project lead with whom you will be able to discuss any aspects of the way we are delivering our service.
We regard Quality Assurance as a critical component in ensuring not only that we meet our contractual obligations but also and as importantly that we deliver on excellent standard of service. |
