Tameside General Hospital is working with Rothwell Douglas, initially for a three year period, on a programme of major organisational and cultural change. We were very impressed by Rothwell Douglas' well researched leadership competencies model and decided to work with them to use the competencies to begin a process of cultural change and staff empowerment. The programme Rothwell Douglas is running for us is tailored specifically to the needs of our organisation.

We are now 12 months into our partnership with Rothwell Douglas and the evaluation to date shows very promising results. Working with Rothwell Douglas is very liberating, they do not create a dependency, quite the contrary, they are happy to support clients to achieve self sufficiency.

Cheshire & Merseyside Workforce Development Confederation has worked closely with Rothwell Douglas in developing our organisation based on the Modernising Leadership Competency Framework. Over the past two years Rothwell Douglas has supported the development of our job practices, specifications, the assessment process to appoint our people and the individual and team development processes, which have enabled us to meet the changes within the NHS and the new agenda for Workforce Development Confederations. I have used Rothwell Douglas on a number of occasions for various pieces of work requested for the NHS. One such project was to design with staff a Performance and Development Review tool, then role out relevant training across the organisation. The staff and I found Carol who facilitated the whole project to be extremely motivated, she kept us working hard, on track whilst enjoying ourselves but most importantly successfully producing a Performance & Development Review tool that everyone was signed up to - A Miracle!!

I have also had personal coaching from Carol which prepared me for a career change and indicated what my development needs were.

Comes highly recommended.

I found the process was extremely helpful in terms of my own professional and personal development. I also enjoyed the feedback session with Conall Platts as this helped me to focus on my personal development needs.
