Our Approach To Culture Change
All change is driven by the common quest to cultivate a high performance culture, and it is vital to the long-term success of an organisation that change is supported by all. Reshaping, changing and aligning the organisational culture to your business strategy is a complex task that is often met with resistance.
Our own culture diagnostic tool provides a detailed diagnosis of an organisational culture that is then built into our bespoke culture change programmes. The output of the diagnostic process will assess where the opportunities exist for developing a positive organisational culture. It will also identify opportunities for alignment between staff groups.
We have the technical understanding of organisation design and behaviour-based change, and the psychology of managing and supporting people through transitions. Operating at a strategic as well as an operational level, we transfer our change management skills to the client organisation, enabling them to drive the work forward, embedding and sustaining the change.
What will participants gain?
- A baseline and process to measure and assess culture throughout change periods
- Staff throughout all levels of the process are actively engaged in the change process
- Knowledge sharing across multiple staff levels, roles and departments
- Key skills development including building resilience through change
What our clients say:
“Rothwell Douglas’ input and influence across the business facilitated cultural change. Being target-driven, it encouraged individuals to strive for improvement and change. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them; the tools they used opened my eyes to what is possible, and taught me to trust my instincts, work on my areas of improvement, and capitalise on my strengths.”
– Charmaine Bowers, Production Manager, Telford Extrusions Ltd
“Rothwell Douglas have been supporting our work in developing a ‘high performance culture’ – this is a detailed programme of activity over the course of a year which will develop our thinking, our skills, and assist in the application of our learning to change leadership behaviour and drive cultural change.”
