Our Coaching Approach
RDL’s consultants specialise in maximising performance. Our goal is to build insight and understanding in order to maximise an individual’s potential, drive performance and accelerate the development and change process.
Our coaching approach is designed to create space and time for individuals to focus on their unique challenges by developing style flexibility and new mind-sets, and to overcome the barriers that hinder performance effectiveness. Our coaches bring a breadth of experience and an extensive range of tools to support further skill development, create personal change and strengthen performance. The coachee is enabled to spot opportunities for themselves that will drive performance-enhancing change by our coaches who are skilled in challenging perceptions and mind-sets.
Listening and asking searching questions is key to our approach, and we use these skills to enhance insight and understanding, as well as alerting coachees to their own barriers to effective action.
