Carol is the Founder of Rothwell Douglas Ltd and has over 30 years applied experience as an Occupational Psychologist. She designs and implements bespoke solutions to address strategic organisational, and human resource development. Carol has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, building long-standing relationships with many senior managers and professional leaders working within the service. Specialising in the design and implementation of fair and objective assessment and development centres; personal and management development programmes; organisational development and culture change initiatives aligned to business strategy. Experience includes project management and working in partnership with client in-house personnel. Prior to commencing her career as a change consultant she worked at The City University and Birkbeck College, London University carrying out applied academic research.
