Our Approach To Business Partnering
A Business Partner is someone who has to work closely with their organisation’s senior leaders in order to develop good working relationships and a strategy that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. Business Partners can be from all parts of the organisation including: HR and Organisation Development, Finance, Estates and Facilities, Clinical Divisions.
RDL’s programme is based on improvement methodology applied to personal change and development. It combines action based learning with programme instruction in a master class format, alongside skills practice and performance coaching. Each module is preceded by a module document as pre-reading. This document will provide a mix of theory and practical tools and techniques to be used in the workplace which together builds a narrative for the change journey and a resource kit that can be shared with others.
What will participants gain?
The programme will enable participants to:
- Set out the vision for their departments and teams aligned with that of the organisation’s
- Influence partnership working and decision-making
- Understand phases of change and support others through transitions
- Adopt a coaching approach to management
What our clients say:
“This programme appears to have been different from other development programmes that I have attended in the past in that it runs over a number of modules, over a number of weeks and builds and develops knowledge, skills and techniques. It also allows participants to practice aspects of their learning in a real work based project and share the results with the rest of the cohort in a supportive environment. It has also created a helpful network of colleagues within the Trust who will be happy to help.”
