Gill is an consultant specialising in assessment and development. Her background is in leadership and team development, change management and assessment centres. Gill has worked for a number of private sector clients including, American Express, Alliance & Leicester and several FTSE 100 companies.

Mitch has been a management consultant/business psychologist since 1985 with 10 years previous experience in HR roles. Most of his work focuses on assessment, coaching and the design of assessment centres. Out of work he devotes a lot of time to writing about leadership and related topics, reading, walking and travel.
